Featuring two private pools, stunning views, and Tulum’s top rooftop terrace, this villa offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Conveniently located near both the beach and downtown Tulum, it’s an idyllic getaway.

Spanning three levels, the villa offers spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and king-size beds, high-speed 200MB WiFi, and elegant finishes inspired by Mayan stucco techniques. The ground-floor master suite includes a swim-up pool and private bathroom, while the rooftop master boasts a hot tub and jungle views.

We offer concierge services to arrange airport transfers, private chefs, in-house massages, and more to enhance your stay.

Please be aware that construction is ongoing in the rapidly growing La Veleta area of Tulum. We’ve adjusted our rates to reflect this, with a 10% discount applied for any potential noise during working hours. 

For daily maintenance, our team will stop by between 4 PM and 7 PM to water the plants and clean the pools. If you’re not there, they’ll only enter the backyard to take care of these tasks.
