We stayed very close to the beach and loved the location and amenities. The rooftop pool was one of my favs about it as well as the proximity to Azulik and the beach. Definitely glad our host provided us with some scooters so it was easy to head to town or to other parts of the beach. The Jaguar Park is free now which was nice. This was a last minute reservation since we had originally booked our stay with another property manager in Xalet but gladly Vacation in Tulum saved our stay and even offered us a much nicer property. I don't need any special extras but enough for me was that the place was clean, well maintained, WIFI was fast and we were able to communicate with our host to have them help us finding our way around. Omg we are so glad we found this place and lucked out with our management company as Tulum is certainly not an easy environment when it comes to reliability of Airbnbs. Our host was very proactive and helped us with all sorts of requests. We rented their Villa Dreams which is just a gem, also because it provides a lot of privacy and tranquility. Getting around Tulum was very easy with the host as they provided us with scooters and gave us a list of things we can do to get to know the real tulum, loved dos ceibas and vesica and the cenote tour. Furniture and decoration make all the difference. I had a problem with the washing machine and the maintenance service appeared within 8 minutes and as they could not receive the part to repair it, they offered to clean my laundry for free when I wanted. I have rented several times in Tulum through different platforms and companies and I can tell you that they’re the best. We spent five days at Samsara Resort with my family. Our stay was wonderful, the suite was super comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, decorated very tastefully. We had complete support from our manager throughout our stay. The pools and all amenities are fantastic. The resort is so close to Parque del Jaguar, with free access to the beach if you walk over. The best part was the bed; you really need a good night's sleep, and that's the first thing we look for—a comfortable bed. It was a short stay because we changed plans at the last minute to spend two nights in Tulum, but I would definitely stay here again for vacation and to explore the city, the place was really beautiful.
