<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Electricity is included in short-term stays (<30 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 30 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.</span></li>
